To solve the deadlock between the limited stadium capacity against a huge number of Flamengo's fans.

This project was developed during Hacking Rio 2019.
Hacking Rio is the biggest Hackathon of Latin America.
More than 500 hackers were there, creating solutions for
education, gas, insurance, cybersecurity, energy etc. I was in
the sport cluster and the main sponsor was Flamengo, a well- know soccer team from Brazil. My team was 4 developers of
UFF University and me.

1. Raul is used to go to Flamengo’s games often, to feel the unique emotion of cheering with the biggest soccer team crowd in Brazil.
2. There are a few games left to the end of the championship and Raul was planning to buy game tickets, until he realized that the tickets are sold out, and he discovered this is happening a lot.
3. He looked for alternatives, like pay per view services, but he always says that “nothing is compared” to feel the emotion of being at the stadium.
4. He found out about Xports and gave it a try. He signed up in Xports website and bought a VR glass.
5. He just said “I can’t explain. It’s like being inside the stadium from my couch. It just took me to Maracanã, unbelievable!”
6. Nowadays, Raul and thousand of Flamengo’s fans that lives far away from the stadium are watching games in Xports.

Being part of the largest hackathon in Latin America, with more than 1,000 participants, was an even more incredible experience, since my challenge was to develop a product for Flamengo, the biggest soccer team in Brazil, which has one of the biggest fans in the world.
As the only designer who worked with 4 developers on the team, I was also responsible for organizing the research and ideation processes (design thinking) and creating the backlog. In the end, the product was ready and was very well rated. At each moment of a hackathon, you wonder how an MVP will be ready so quickly and it will end up happening. It's a very rewarding experience.
